| What We Do | |
Meadow Heights Learning Shop (MHLS) delivers accredited adult, community and further education courses and community development programs in Meadow Heights at - Visy Cares Learning Centre, Centro Shopping Centre and Buchan Street Community Centre.
We also deliver courses in Craigieburn at the Education and Community Centre and in Roxburgh Park at the Homestead Community Arts and Cultural Centre.
As a Neighbourhood House we are a local community-owned organisation and provide a range of generalist services to people through their changing life stages. Our programs include -
- provision of social, educational and recreational activities for the communities in a welcoming, supportive environment;
- good quality, affordable, childcare and playgroups; and
- a range of opportunities for volunteers and people to connect.

If you have an interest in our community and would like to be involved in planning, organising or volunteering, you can become a member of MHLS, or hold a community representative position on our Board of Management.

MHLS has submitted a proposal for Commonwealth Government funding to enable a major redevelopment of the Buchan Street Community Centre in Meadow Heights.
This is exciting news for you, our course and 'active community' participants. We will keep you posted on progress.
