This course trains you to design, train, facilitate and assess in the adult education, business, industry and the TAFE sector.
The course outlines the skills you need to plan and deliver training sessions to groups and individuals, whilst also providing you with the knowledge necessary to assess their effectiveness.
This is an intensive course for students who would like to learn at an accelerated pace within a short time frame. The course combines the best of flexible learning in your own time for those who are time-poor and 10 intensive classroom based sessions focused on interpersonal delivery skills and assessment. Please note there will be a lot of out of class course work.
